Interestingly, she had recently praised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for supporting handloom workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The infighting and turmoil within the opposition ranks have drawn parallels to the situation in Uttar Pradesh, fueling Kaur's controversial comparison.
