Vijayasanthi, Jagga Reddy to join BJP?

Medak former MP Vijayasanthi and Sangareddy former MLA Turpu Jayaprakash Reddy aka Jagga Reddy are planning to join the BJP soon.

Both are presently holding parleys with the national leaders of the BJP.

Vijayasanthi is mulling over contesting for the Medak MP seat, where bye election would be held due to KCR's resignation. She wants to contest as a BJP candidate.

As for Jagga Reddy, the TDP too is trying to lure him into the party and feels that his presence would add strength to the beleaguered party in Telangana region. But, Jagga Reddy seems to prefer the BJP.

Interestingly, both Vijayasanthi and Jagga Reddy were with the BJP in the past. They still have good relations with the national leaders of the BJP.

But, the state BJP leaders are objecting to the entry of the duo. They feel that both leaders would not add strength to the party as both have lost the recent elections.
