'Why is Chandrababu confined to Hyderabad only?'
Andhra Pradesh Dalit Mahasabha founder-secretary Katti Padma Rao lambasted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu on Friday for remaining confined to Hyderabad city only.
Speaking to mediapersons at Nambur in Guntur district on Friday, he found fault with Chandrababu Naidu for running the government from Hyderabad. “Chandrababu is running the government from Hyderabad only as the city has more luxuries than the state Andhra Pradesh,” said Padma Rao.
“In Andhra Pradesh, about 85 percent of people are from SC,ST,BC and minority communities. So, the government should take decisions keeping in mind the development of these communities,” said Padma Rao.
He said that Dalit Mahasbha had resolved to install a 150-feet-tall statue of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar on the Acharya Nagarjuna University campus. He asked the government to allot them land of 25 acres of land for the same.
