'T' lawyers want Sonia present on Dec 28

Tension prevailed at the residence of Congress senior leader K.Kesava Rao in Hyderabad on Friday when Telangana lawyers and law students tried to lay siege to his house, demanding that Sonia Gandhi attend the all-Party meeting on behalf of Congress on December 28.

They made the demand before the Congress leader, saying he must put pressure on the government to let only party presidents attend the meet.

Holding placards, the protestors raised slogans against the Telangana MPs at KK's house. They also demanded that all the cases against the Telangana activists to be withdrawn.
