Six die of lightning in Telangana

Adilabad: Six persons were killed and as many injured due to lightning in Adilabad district today, police said.

Deaths were reported from Kowtala, Dahegav, Kagaznagar mandals of the district. The serious wounded persons were shifted to Asifabad government hospital, DSP Kagaznagar Gummi Chakravarthi said.

Two died from Tatipalli village of Kowtala mandal and one each from Baba Saagar, Chintamanipalli and one each from Dahegav and Kagaznagar mandals.
