Sania Mirza greets KCR

Noted tennis player Sania Mirza called on the Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao on Monday.

It is learnt that she congratulated KCR on becoming first CM of Telangana and requested him to promote sports sector in the state.

After meeting KCR , the tennis player said that it was a courtesy call.  "It was a courtesy call because i have not met him after he became the chief minister. He is invited me to the meeting tomorrow. So we will be meeting him tomorrow again."

She said she reminded the Telangana CM that she was running a tennis academy in Hyderabad. Responding to this, KCR was asked her to meet her once again on Tuesday at Secretariat. 

KCR spent a busy day today by meeting several higher officials. Earlier in the day, officials belonging to Survey of India and Commander of the Eastern Naval Command Satish Soni have met KCR separately.
