Officials Acting Like Stooges Will Be Punished: Chevireddy

Tirupati: YSRCP Seva Dal wing state presidentand MLA Chevireddy Bhasker Reddy on Monday expressed anger over government officials harassing YSRCP activists in the state.
Addressing press persons at the Tirupati Press Club on Sunday evening, Chevireddy warned the officials of taking serious action when the YSRCP came to power in 2019. The officials, who were acting like stooges to the ruling TDP government, were violating rules and regulations, he alleged.
The YSRCP leader found fault with the working unions, who had criticised his comments against the officials who were misusing power in the state.
He alleged that the former APNGO leaders Sagar and Ashok Babu were trying to twist the remarks he had made against the officials.
