Queen Elizabeth II No More, Confirms Buckingham Palace
Queen Elizabeth II breathed her last on Thursday in Scotland. The 96-year-old died after battling health problems since last October. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
"The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow," the Royal Family tweeted.
