Jabardast' protest against attack on Venu

Protesting against the attack on comedian Venu, the film and TV fraternity on Monday took out a rally. 

The 'Jabardast' team, of which Venu was part of, clarified that they have never intended to hurt anyone's feelings but  were only trying to bring smiles on everyone's lips. "If you are hurt by any of our skits, inform us we will correct ourselves. But thrashing us is not at all acceptable," said comedian Dhanraj. 
Venu was attacked on Sunday evening reportedly by the persons from Gouda community, which felt offended over the portrayal of their community in the top-rated comedy show 'Jabardast.' 
Jabardast judge Nagababu too decried the attack on Venu.
