YSRCP stages walkout over IKP workers' woes

Protesting aganist the government's attitude towards the woes of Indira Kranthi Pathakam (IKP), the YSRCP on Monday staged a walkout from the AP Assembly. 

Raising the issue of IKP workers, Leader of Oppostion YS Jagan said the TDP had promised to solve their problems, but once it attained power in Andhra Pradesh, it has neglected the problems of the IKP. He also pointed out that the government had arrested hundreds of IKP workers who were proceeding to Hyderabad to protest agains the Government. 
On Saturday too, soon after the house assembled, the YSRCP members sought an adjournment motion on the problems of the employees of Indira Kranthi Scheme (IKP) contract employees. The YSRCP on Saturday insisted on a discussion. The Speaker had to adjourn the house for 10 minutes on Saturday
