I escaped after being beaten by my uncle: Anjali
It is definitely a sigh of relief to all the fans of film actress Anjali, whose disappearances caused commotion throughout the state.
There is one twist or another everyday, in the case of actress Anjali for the past five days. It seems now there will be no more twists and the mystery surrounding her disappearance is clearing up, as Anjali called her brother, which was recorded and aired in the news channels on Thursday.
Yesterday, Anjali called her mother who was in Mogalikuduru on phone and told her that she was safe. Today, she called her brother Ravishankar again and told him that she was not kidnapped by anyone and is completely safe. She asked him to withdraw the 'missing' case.
However, the whereabouts of the actress are yet to be known. In a shocking news, Anjali revealed that her uncle Suribabu beat her up, which forced her to flee from the hotel on Monday morning. She even told his brother that it was a shame on the part of her aunt (Bharati Devi) to announce that she was kidnapped by someone and to lodge a police complaint in Chennai.
During the telephonic conversation with her brother, Anjali openly asked him: "Will you support me or you also keep distance with fear." She also clarified that she was not alone and was accompanied by someone at the hidden place. She reiterated that she was subjected to harassment by her aunt Bharathi Devi and her uncle Suribabu.
Anjali, however, asked her brother not to withdraw the other cases filed against Bharathi Devi and Suribabu.
