‘Dial 100’ for 24/7 police services launched

A 24/7 emergency police service network ‘Dial 100’ was launched in the State for the first time in the country on Thursday.
The State police kicked off a new programme ‘Dial 100’ through which the citizens who were in need of police help can call this number for redressal of their grievances. The police would respond to the calls immediately and register cases then and there at the doorstep of people, Director General of Police Dinesh Reddy said.
