Four-month-old Girl Charred to Death

Kurnool: A four-month-old girl was charred to death when fire engulfed Harijanapeta of Nandyala town in the early hours of Friday.

The girl has been identifed as Shivani. Initial investigations indicate short circuit as the cause of the fire that gutted two huts.
Though other family members manged to rush out of the hut, they were unable to bring the baby out from the burning hut.
