Former Minister Vinod charged in land-grabbing case

Former Minister, G.Vinod has been charged with an attempt to encroach on government land. A charge-sheet to this effect was filed in the court of the Third Additional Metropolitan Magistrate.

Vinod has been charged under sections 447 and 506 with an attempt to encroach upon government land falling under survey number 403 on road number two in the plush Banjara Hills area. He has already been granted bail in the case.
