They might be bitter foes inside the Assembly, but are friends outside. That explains the bonhomie between the leaders from Congress and TRS.

An interesting debate took place between Congress senior leader Bhatti Vikramarka and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao in the premises of Assembly.
Reports says that IT minister KTR told Bhatti Vikramarka that Congress leaders were responsible for merging seven mandals of Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh.
And the Congress leader responded saying that 'do you want me to tell the truth'. " You (TRS leaders) demanded Telangana state which lasted till 1954," Bhatti Vikramarka told to KTR.
KTR in a lighter vain said "We are innocent and we don't know anything."
