Denying 'T' will be biggest betrayal by Cong: KK

"There is no bigger betrayal of people than not giving Telangana," said Congress senior leader and former Rajya Sabha member, K Keshava Rao on Thursday.

Addressing a press conference at his residence, KK said people will have faith in Congress only if it adheres to its promise of resolving the 'T' issue. He threatened the Congress party of consequences if the government didn't decide on the contentious Telangana issue at the all-party meeting on December 28 in New Delhi.
The Congress leader said they would raise their voice on Polavaram project at the meet. He said, Congress is not keen on granting seperate statehood to Telangana and advised TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao to start agitation joining hands with everyone.
Interestingly, he also said that  during the recent PCC state level executive meeting, the Congress had tried to pass a resolution against Telangana.
