Dasari refuses to disclose assets

Former coal minister Dasari Narayana Rao has refused to disclose details of his caste and his assets in the Intensive Household Survey conducted by the Telangana government.
Speaking to media after completing formalities of the survey, the director-turned-politician opined that there is nothing wrong if the survey is aimed at identifying the state's beneficiaries of welfare schemes. But it should not be misused, he said and added that no one knows what's the actual agenda of the survey.
