Big plans for Rangareddy district: KTR
Saidabad: The Telangana IT minister, K.T. Rama Rao on Tuesday stated that efforts were being made to develop Ranga Reddy district on all fronts. He was speaking at a ceremony where MLC’s from Ranga Reddy district were being felicitated at a party program in Champapet.
Acknowledging the people’s role in getting their party representatives elected in the GHMC elections, the minister touched upon the plans that were proposed for the district in the areas of industry, irrigation and power supply.
He revealed that industries would be set up in Ranga Reddy district that would bring jobs to the unemployed. Measures were being taken up to provide irrigation for one lakh acres in the district, he said and added that the agriculture sector would be supplied with uninterrupted power supply for nine hours from June.
The event was attended by minister Patnam Mahender Reddy, ZPTC chair person Suneetha Mahender Reddy, MLAs Manchireddy Kishan Reddy, Teegala Krishna Reddy, Yadhav Reddy, Shambipur Raju and Narender Reddy.
