'Batukamma' discriminated against in united AP : Swamy Goud

Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Swamy Goud commented that Batukamma festival was discriminated against in the undivided Andhra Pradesh.

He participated in the Bathukamma festival celebrations of women employees in the premises of Telangana assembly on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, Goud thanked Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao for declaring Batukamma festival as the state festival.

TRS MLA Srinivas Goud said that Andhra Pradesh employees were provoking them in Hyderabad even after the formation of Telangana.“We will drive away such people and teach them a lesson,” warned Srinivas Goud.
