YSRCP moves privilege motion against Govt Whip, ministers
The YSRCP has given separate privilege motions against ruling TDP members K Acham Naidu, Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Ravela Kishore Babu and Government Whip Kalava Srinivasulu under rule 168 for making comments in indecent manner and for threatening and using unparliamentary language against the persons who are no more alive and are not legislators of Andhra Pradesh.
It also moved a privilege motion against the Government Whip for showing the video clippings of the assembly proceedings of March 18 and 19 at a press meet in the Telugu Desam Legislature Party office.
“Under what rule is the member permitted to show the clippings of proceedings of the house,” the YSRCP asked in the notice given to the AP Assembly speaker.
