YSR, Chenna Reddy were efficient rulers: Palvai

Chief Minister post is not important for Telangana, separate state is priority, said Congress MP Palvai Goverdhan Reddy in Hyderaabd on Sunday.

He said that newly appointed in-charge of AP affairs, Digvijaya Singh should come to the state and announce the decision of the Congress High Command. He also said that he has explained to the Congress High Command about the possible damage that the party will suffer if a separate state was not announced.

He made it clear that Telangana Congress leaders cannot campaign in the villages till the time Telangana state is declared. He warned that even delay in decision would still cause damage to the party.

There is no efficient rule like that of YSR and Chenna Reddy in the state, he added.
