YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will call on the kin of the victims and the persons injured in the ghastly mishap in Yerpedu on Sunday

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will call on the kin of the victims and the persons injured in the ghastly mishap in Yerpedu on Sunday.

According to Chittoor YSRCP president and Gangadhara Nellore MLA Narayana Swamy, YS Jagan would arrive at 9 am at Renigunta airport and will proceed by road to Munagalapalem, Musilipedu, Ravillavaripalle, Arundhatiwada. There he will meet the kin of those killed in the ghastly incident.

On April 22, a drunken truck driver mowed down a crowd that was protesting against illegal sand quarrying in Yerpedu killing 16 people and injuring 15. The vehicle ploughed into an electric pole, few shops and some parked cars. Six people were crushed to death by the vehicle, while others died due to electrocution caused by the uprooting of the power supply pole.
