Yanamala vs Ramachandraiah in council

Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and Congress leader C.Ramachandraiah were involved in a war of words in the Legislative Council over the capital site.

Speaking in the house, Yanamala said, “We have discussed the capital issue in the cabinet meeting. Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu will soon make a statement on the issue soon in the house itself.”

Reacting to the minister’s statement, Ramachandraiah reminded the statement of Municipal Administration Minister Narayana who had promised a discussion on the same after Sivaramakrishnan Committee submitted its report.

Citing the Government's neglect of the council, he  wondered whether the council had any worth.
Yanamala told the Congress MLC not to complicate the issue. However, Ramachandraiah replied him that he was just reminding the statement of the minister Narayana.
