Y S Jagan says Chandrababu must change
Machilipatnam: Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, YSRCP Chief, stated that though 18 people died of viral fever in Kotha Majeru, Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has taken no action. He staged a protest at Machilipatnam collectorate demanding that the victims of the viral fever must be helped.
He also said that though 18 people have died, neither the Chief Minister but even the Health minister hasn’t come to help the victims.
YS Jagan also said that the health minister had visited the village only few days after he visited the village. Also, though 4 people died in 5 days, the government has not ordered an inquiry to find out the reason behind the deaths.
He added that the reason for viral fever was the villagers’ drinking water from the water tanker, where the carcasses of monkeys have decomposed.
