Woman Jumps Into Lake As Husband Refuses Movie Outing

A woman jumped into a lake after her husband refused to take her to a movie.

According to police, the woman had an argument with her husband after he rejected her plan to watch a movie together. Distressed over the husband's move, the woman jumped into a lake from a bridge in front of the husband. The man, who didn't know swimming also jumped into the lake to save his wife.

Meanwhile, a constable, who was nearby saw the couple drowning and rescued the two after jumping into the lake. They were shifted to a hospital closeby for treatment. The couple's whose condition is stated to be stable.

Recently, a similar incident was reported from Vijayawada when a woman jumped into the lake after her husband refused a movie outing.
