Woman beaten up for aiding lovers

A woman was roughed up alleging that she helped the lovers to elope. The incident occurred at Guduru in Miryalaguda mandal of Nalgonda district.
The relatives of the girl, who was allegedly eloped with her lover, attacked a woman by sprinkling chilly powder alleging that she supported the lovers. They even tried to set ablaze her by pouring kerosene. However, the neighbours rescued the woman and admitted her in the hospital.
