Who's the real producer of Bandla's films?

Comedian-turned-producer Bandla Ganesh had a surprise guest knocking his door on Monday—the Income Tax officials.

The IT crew did a thorough search at his residence as well as office and seized a few valuable documents. After examining them, Bandla was taken into their custody for a grilling session.

This piece of information is the news that every media channel is reporting. However, there's a new buzz doing the rounds in T town.

One question on everybody's mind is who's behind Bandla Ganesh and how did he come in possession of crores of rupees. Talking of Bandla Ganesh's expenditure, one cannot forget about the expensive gift the producer gave Puri Jagannadh. In October last year, Bandla gifted a cigarette lighter studded with 1455 diamonds, worth Rs 44 lakhs!

With only a few movies in his kitty, has Bandla made so much money already?

Speculation is rife that the I-T officials and others have their own doubts about Bandla's earnings and the amount being invested in movies produced by Bandla Ganesh.

I-T raid on the house of a producer isn't uncommon, however taking the man into custody for questioning certainly raises eyebrow.

It's worth mentioning here that Bandla ganesh produced 'Gabbar Singh' which was one of the biggest hits in Tollywood last year. Next in line under his production are big budget movies with A-list actors. Some of them include—NTR's Baadshah and Allu Arjun's Iddarammayilatho. He's also set to produce movies with Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu and Prabhas in the lead roles.

It is learnt that there is a political bigwig who's financing all his projects. Although Bandla till now has not revealed the person's name, many feel that the person is senior politician holding a big post in the Congress party. Wondering who it is? Fingers are now pointed towards PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana.

It may be recalled that TDP had once alleged that Bandla Ganesh is the benami of Botsa Satyanarayana. Both Botsa and Bandla had laughed it off saying the allegation was a big joke. Bandla Ganesh had said that the money he's investing in movies was earned through real estate business.

On the other hand, Botsa said that Bandla Ganesh is his family friend and there was no political connections whatsoever with the producer.

Looks like people have not forgotten the TDP episode. When the I-T Officials revealed that a Congress top leader was behind Bandla Ganesh's investments, the first name that came to everyone's mind was obviously Botsa taking into account TDP's allegations. However, the IT officials are yet to clarify on Botsa's involvement.
