The TDP Government’s intolerance on political satires online has stirred up a debate on social media comments and freedom of expression.
Ravikiran Inturi has been arrested for posting, what Government considered ‘abusive.” He has been picked up and kept confined for 27 hours before being released on station bail.
But, the fact of the matter is the TDP posts against YS Jagan are not just downright abusive and highly slanderous. The comments appeal only the basest instincts
We present here some samples of the TDP’s abusive posts, most of them posted on the party official sites. Curiously, no case has ever been registered.
