Vizag court issues summons to KCR, Kondandaram

A court in Visakhapatnam on Friday issued summons to TRS chief KCR and TJAC chairman Prof. Kodandaram.

A petition was filed at the second additional senior civil judge court against KCR and Kodandaram alleging that they had insulted the Indian constitution during their public speeches.
