Visakha MLA gives jolt to TDP
Giving a major jolt to Telugu Desam Party in Visakhapatnam, former TDP MLA and senior leader Chengala Venkata Rao resigned from the party today.
Talking to media persons here on Saturday, he said that he would join the YSR Congress Party on September 15 in the honorary president of Vijayamma's presence.
He further added that the TDP had humiliated him in the Payakaravupeta by-polls. He also said that his own party leaders were behind his defeat in the polls.
