Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema US Premiere Collection Report

Varun Tej's latest outing Toli Prema has got off to a roaring start at the overseas box office. He was last seen in Fidaa which went to become a blockbuster hit.

A source in the know tells us that Toli Prema has managed to live up to the audience's expectations. It is worth mentioning here that Varun Tej's small budget film has dethroned Manchu Vishnu's big-ticket film at the box office.

Toli Prema is well appreciated by the audiences and a few celebrities have heaped praises on Varun Tej's brilliant performance. Varun Tej is seen playing a software engineer and paired opposite Raashi Khanna.

The collections from Premiere shows is a whopping $148,665 which is three times higher when compared to the actor's last film Fidaa which had earned Rs $363k.

Toli Prema is facing a clash with Sai Dharam Tej's Inttelligent which hit theatres yesterday. But the film has opened to positive word of mouth from the cine buffs. Toli Prema is directed by Venky Atluri while Thaman has composed the music. It is worth mentioning here that the title of the film Toli Prema movie has been inspired from the 1998 Telugu classic featuring Pawan Kalyan which also did marvelous business at the box office.
