Unofficial Pak delegation sore over slighting in Lok Sabha - Sakshi Post

New Delhi: Pakistani MPs, on an unofficial visit to India, complained of ill treatment in Parliament.

As per reports, Pakistani lawmakers' visit has been organised by a private group. They were invited by Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar as part of dialogue.

The law makers were not allowed into parliament on Thursday. Though they were allowed on Friday, they were not introduced in the house and were made to sit in the gallery. Pak MPs also claimed they were ignored by  LS Speaker Sumitra Mahajan when they tried to meet her.

When asked by media persons Pakistani MP Maiza said: "I think there was some miscommunication. She seems busy."

When questioned about the same, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said that she was unaware of this delegation. Her office said, speaker was not obliged to meet the Pakistani MPs as the delegation is private.
