Mumbai: Three former women employees have come forward to make sensational charges of molestation against The Viral Fever (TVF) Chief Arunabh Kumar. YouTube channel TVF is one of India’s leading online digital entertainment channels.

A former employee from Muzaffarpur in Bihar, posted her experience of being molested by Kumar during her time at TVF. She has recounted the horrifying molestation by Kumar in a lengthy blog titled 'The Indian Uber – That is TVF', which went viral within hours of sharing.

Arunabh Kumar who is also from Muzaffarpur offered her a job at the startup, which she accepted. After 21days of her joining, Arunabh started assaulting her sexually. Not only in the office, but the harassement became even vulgar at the parties she said. "The police are also under the control of him, I was helpless. No one was their to help me" she said.

Not just her, two other women have also shared their disgusting experience of alleged sexual harassment incidents at the hands of TVF chief Arunabh Kumar.

However, the TVF team has quoted that these are all false and unverified allegations. TVF is a safe place to work for both men and women, said the team.
