TTD official killed on Tirumala Ghat Road

TTD endowments superintendent Ekambaram was killed and two others suffered injuries on Thursday when their two-wheeler and a APSRTC bus collided at the 15th turning  of the Tirumala Ghat Road.

Ekambaram, his relative Govinda Naidu and another person were hit by the RTC bus which lost reportedly lost control while negotiating a curve on the ghat road. Ekambaram was returning home after completing his duties on Tirumala. 

The injured persons were immediately rushed to the Ruia hospital in Tirupati. Govinda Naidu's condition is said to be stable.  

On knowing about Ekambaram's death, several TTD officials rushed to the Ruia hospital to pay homage to him.
