TRS denies reports of alliance with NDA

New Delhi: TRS representative at the national capital Venugopala Chary refuted the reports of the party's alliance with the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). He dismissed the rumours of ruling TRS party joining NDA in the centre.

Speaking to scribes in New Delhi on Sunday, Venugopala Chary said that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao’s tour to New Delhi was successful and satisfactory. TRS would extend support for NDA only in the interests of Telangana state. "We would resist any action that goes against Telangana at the central government level," he said.

KCR toured Delhi for three days to discuss the state’s issues with the Centre.
