Psychotic man kills mother, wife, daughter

Hyderabad: Property disputes have led to a man murdering his mother, wife and a children.

According to the police, Somireddy Rami Reddy of Sainagar in Balapur area of the city had some disputes with his wife. On Friday morning, he slit the throats of his family members who were fast asleep. He killed his mother Subhadra (65) , wife Radhika (40) and daughter Akshaya (14) . His eldest daughter Pratyusha managed to escape and lock herself in the washroom.
After killing them, Ramireddy fled from the spot and jumped into dried up well in his farm. Neighbours who initially mistook that he was trying to kill himself, pleaded him to come out of well. His game was up when Pratyusha revealed that he had killed wife, mother and child. Reddy, in his mid 40s, used to behave like a psychotic and used to harass wife and mother often. Local police have registered a case and are investigating.
