KCR’s Spiritual Guru Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Approched By TSRTC JAC Leaders
HYDERABAD: Agitating TSRTC employees met Srimannarayana Chinna Jeeyar Swamy and submitted a memorandum to Swamiji at Muchintal Ashram on Wednesday, October 30 requesting him to convince Telangana Chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao over TSRTC merger with state government.
According to reports, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) employees expressed their problems to Swamiji. They said that CM KCR has taken the decision of sacking 48,000 agitating employees. They even told swamiji that there is no positive response from the state government even after 26 days of protest by TSRTC employees.
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) strike entered the 26th day has set a record of sorts and can be termed as the longest strike after the 2011 "Sakala Janula Samme" in Andhra Pradesh.
All the opposition party leaders have been extending their support to TSRTC JAC employee unions, raising their voice against state government. They have been carrying out protests across the state.
