DK Aruna, Congress Leaders Blame Alliance With TDP For Electoral Loss
Hyderabad: Congress party leader and former minister DK Aruna met leaders from the party to review the loss which the party faced in the recently held elections. Talking to the media, she pointed that it is because of the alliance with TDP that Congress has lost the elections. This alliance had a direct impact in a few districts and this shall be conveyed to the high command, she added.
The senior Congress leader added that keeping in mind these results, it is better to be away from TDP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
DK Aruna's decision to contest the Lok Sabha elections this time is still pending, she added. She added that apart from the alliance with TDP being the main reason for failing miserably at the ballot, the TRS targeted senior leaders of the Congress. Later DK Aruna remarked that she has many suspicion about the losses in Mahabubnagar. Others present at the meeting were Bhatti Vikramarka, Revanth Reddy, Hari Priya Naik, Jana Reddy, Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
