KTR Holds Key Meeting With TRS Leaders, Chalks Out Action Plan
Hyderabad: Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) working president K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) called on party ranks to play a pro-active role in the voter registration process. In a meeting with the party secretaries, KTR discussed various issues. Village-level committees for the voter registration process and the construction of TRS offices in all district headquarters were at the core of the meeting.
KTR said around 20 sites had been confirmed across the State and that one acre lands in various other districts was yet to be found. He instructed the MLAs and the secretaries to pay a personal visit to the sites before finalising the sites. Post Sankranti, a spree of stone laying ceremonies for various district party offices would be held, he added.
He urged the rank and file of the party to pay attention to the voter registration at the village level over a span of one month. MLC Srinivas Reddy was entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring the process.
