Bharatiya Yuva Morcha Mega Summit Aims At Telangana
The Mahadhiveshan or mega convention of the Bharatiya Yuva Morcha, youth wing of the BJP, kicked off at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad today under the leadership of Poonam Mahajan. Mahajan stated that victory in 2019 is the aim of the three-day mega convention of BJYM. The focus is also on poll-bound Telangana.
Mahajan described the Bharatiya Yuva Morcha as the largest youth wing of the largest party in the world. She pointed out that every chief gets an opportunity to hold a mega summit, she added.
The BJYM chief said that 72,000 office-bearers from all over the country, would participate in this convention, or Mahadhiveshan. She also took pride in the fact that Hyderabad, the city with which her parents and in-laws were associated, is hosting the mega-event.
Union home minister Rajnath Singh, BJP national president, Amit Shah and several other prominent leaders of the BJP, apart from chief ministers of BJP-ruled states, are scheduled to take part in the mega convention.
