Congress Will Destroy Telangana If It Comes To Power: KTR

Jagtial: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader and caretaker minister for IT K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) said that the TRS government brought many development initiatives in the State which were never taken up in the last 60 years. Speaking to media here today, he said that unlike what TPCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy was claiming, there was no silent revolution in Telangana. On December 11, when the results of the upcoming polls will be announced, they will echo across the State, he added.

KTR further said that the people of the State should choose between KCR's government, which gave access to 24 hours of electricity and the 67 years of Congress rule that had cheated the farmer community. If Telangana goes into the hands of the Congress-led alliance, there will be no progress in the irrigation projects works.

"The Congress and TDP leaders will not supply 24 hours of electricity if elected to power. The TRS government will not bat an eyelid until Telangana is turned into a golden State and agriculture be made a festival," he said.
