KCR Gave Major Irrigation Contracts To Andhras: Jaipal Reddy

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister KCR is a slave to Andhra contractors said AICC official spokesperson S. Jaipal Reddy. Talking to the media here at the Gandhi Bhavan, he said that the TRS corruption could be used as a main weapon to fight the election. Congress once back in power will take action against the corrupt ones.

He also said that KCR has given all the contracts of Kaleshwaram, Mission Bhagiratha amounting to 77 thousand crores to the Andhra contractors as if there is no one in Telangana. They are accepting commissions in the water projects up to 6%, Jaipal Reddy alleged. KCR’s family, ministers and sycophants are involved in it, he said. The expenditure has already crossed 30 % beyond the estimated total, he further alleged. Even after spending crores of rupees the villages now only have empty faucets, but no water.

If KCR is clean he has to refute these allegations with evidence, Jaipal Reddy said.He further added that KCR and KTR are afraid of Mahakutami and that is the reason KCR is making baseless comments that TDP has been paying Congress huge amounts of money. KCR is spending a lot more money on chopper rides as compared to Congress expenditure, he said.
