TDP MLA Suman Rathod's anticipatory bail rejected

Telugu Desam Party MLA Suman Rathod will have to go to jail with the Ranga Reddy sessions court on Saturday dismissing her anticipatory bail plea in connection with selling land using fake documents.

The Kanapur MLA, prime accused in the land grabbing, forgery and cheating case, has gone underground fearing arrest.

A case of forgery was registered against the MLA and other associates for forging signatures on the papers of a 400 square-yard land at KPHB colony, Kukatpally.

The TDP leader who's absconding since the time a case was registered against her reportedly applied for anticipatory bail.

The police team is on the lookout for Sumana.
