'TDP, Cong, CBI out to keep Jagan in jail'
Though it has been more than 130 days since the arrest of YSR Congress party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, when the petition came up for hearing today, the CBI sought more time for inquiry.
The CBI has already filed four charge-sheets so far. And the court directed the CBI to file the next chargesheet and that should be the final one, it said. The court also directed the agency to complete the whole process before March 31.
YSR Congress Party chief spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that the nexus between the Congress, TDP parties and CBI agencies is out in the open. And at no time is it more evident than at the time of Jagan's case hearing.
He has also stated that The CBI, Congress and the TDP have joined hands to hatch a conspiracy to keep Jagan behind bars. However, he expressed hope that the public would soon teach them lesson soon.He also said that the YSRCP will file review petition in the court after consulting senior lawyers.
He asked, "Why did the TDP leaders meet Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram just a day before Jagan's bail petition come up for hearing at the Supreme Court?"
