TDP claims exodus of business to AP sans supporting statistics - Sakshi Post

If the Telugu Desam Party official Facebook page is to be believed, there is an exodus of industrial houses and commercial firms from Telangana to the state of Andhra Pradesh.

While the Facebook page does not offer the list of firms shifting base as proof of its claim, colorful and graphically done images are posted claiming that  as many as 700 companies have moved out to residuary AP.

The post, which has no substantiation, claims that AP is the new business hot spot  and and industrialists are rushing to set up business in AP as they trust Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership.

“A strong belief that CBN will bring with it several new opportunities has motivated 700 small and medium businesses to register offices and move to the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh. Definitely a good sign for the coming future,” is what the TDP official Facebook page claims. No list of the SMEs nor any details are provided to buttress these claims.

Chandrababu himself however appears to be circumspect and tweeted that he had “a productive meeting with executives from Isuzu motors and discussed on their expansion plan in AP”.
