'Talked on Polavaram before KCR did so'

Rajya Sabha MP Palvai Govardhan Reddy on Monday criticised  TRS president K.Chandrasekhar Rao for not keeping up his promise of TRS-Congress merger. 

“TRS president once said that he will make a Dalit, the first chief minister of Telangana. But, he went back on his word again," said Palvai.
 
He added that KCR backtracked on the merger as the high command did not assure him the post of CM. 

Palvai also clarified that the design of Polavaram project must be changed.
 
The senior leader of the party reminded that he had spoken about Polavaram issue much before the TRS president.
