T Congress meet: Financier Damodar, producers Jana Reddy, Sunita

For Congress party, the Telangana Congress leaders' meeting on Sunday at Nizam college grounds is a prestigious event to project that Telangana state can be a reality  only by Congress.

According to the sources, there are four key players who will make the event happen. One, Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Raja Narasimha is funding the event,  Jana Reddy and Sunitha Lakshma Reddy have been entrusted with the responsibility of mobilizing the crowd for the event. And how can we forget former PCC chief D Srinivas, he's the force directing the proceedings.

Telangana sentiment isn't high in Hyderabad and leaders from Greater Hyderabad are planning to skip the meeting. This means majority of the people will be coming from Medak and Nalgonda regions.

While it's a known fact that CM Kiran Kumar Reddy will give the event a miss in all likelihood considering he's against Telangana, the anti-Kiran camp in his cabinet wouldn't like to miss such an opportunity. Interestingly, Kiran's loyalist Sridhar Babu will attend the event to deliver all the dope on the event to his master.

It is learnt that there will be 120 chairs on the dais. However, there are only 119 constituencies in Telangana region. Of them, a few including Jagga Reddy, have already declared that they would not be attending the meeting. With that being the case, one wonders who will occupy the vacant chairs on the dais. All eyes will now be on the crucial meeting to see if they can get enough leaders to fill the seats.

Sources also said that no state leaders' photos will be seen during the meeting. Only pictures of Sonia Gandhi,  Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi will be put up to make it look like it is a Congress party meeting and not give importance to any one leader.

Should the meeting fail to create any impact on Telangana people, then TRS will have the last laugh.
