Sting Operation of Another Kind: MP, Whip Suffer Bee Attack

It was an attack no security personnel or even commandos can weather off. When the attack begins, there's no respite for even the high and the mighty.

And who were the victims? Government Whip Koppula Eswar and MP Balka Suman. When they went to inaugurate state-level sports meet in Sriramulapalli of Gollapalli mandal in Jagityal district in a mango orchard, little did they realise that they were actually disturbing a nearby beehive.

Irate and restive, the bees attacked the politicos who came to attend the function. MP, Government Whip, local CI Sarat, SI Upendra Chary and others had to scurry for cover. Finally, they had to rush into their cars to save themselves from the bees.

The VIPs were later treated in the local government hospital.
