Speaker adjourns hearing of TDP rebel MLAs to May 25

State Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Saturday adjourned the hearing of disqualification petitions pending against the two TDP rebel MLAs for violating the party whip, to May 25.

The two rebel MLAs Venugopala Chary and Harishwar Reddy have appeared before the Speaker for the enquiry. Venugopala Chary told the Speaker that he has been suspended by the party, but not received the orders.
