Sonia will not fail to keep up her promise: Sarvey
Union Minister Sarvey Satyanarayana on Saturday said Congress president Sonia Gandhi would never fail to keep up her promise and Telangana state was sure before 2014 elections.
He ridiculed at the MPs who left Congress and joined TRS saying that what they have gained leaving the Congress. Sarvey said the Congress party had suffered some loss due to joining hands with T-JAC. He assured that there would not be any harm to the people of other areas who were staying in Telangana.
Stating that there were indications for separate Telangana statehood, the Union Minister said Telangana was possible only by the national parties. Pointing at TRS, Sarvey said that small and regional parties could not achieve anything. He said he was attending the Telangana meeting scheduled on Sunday. He opined that the such meetings should have been organised by Telangana Congress leaders long back.
